Cheers lads, all seems like ages ago now

then it was up on the highest spit in the world to have a look underneath

braced the door shut with some angle iron tacked into place and removed the offside sill as it had been fitted too high.
Found a small area that hadn't been welded last time while we were there.
And after a bit of jigling and fettling started to re-fit the new sill in the correct place

lovely bit of angle iron and another new sill in the bin

nice patchwork found behind so that was cut out as well and replaced with nice stuff

door and wing on and off a couple of hundred times and Mark revved up the Mig and tadarr

        Cheers Glyn

          welds all ground flush

although the car had only come in basically so the front end could be sorted out It was decided in for a penny and all that so starting cutting the back up to make good

          a line

          a couple of small incisions

          more crap cut off

          hmmm

          Cheers Glyn

Mark then started Melding up the back end

finished the offside lower corner and tankwell off with some repair sections of inner arch, so the outer arch is now joined to something instead of just flapping in the breeze,
