just thaught i would show you my new project i am going to turn it into a rep of roger clarks rac winning mk1 rs 1600,

so far i have
2.1 pinto
kent fr33 cam
twin dellorto 40 carbs
rs2000 single prop
rs2000 front struts m16 calipers
rs2000 single leaf rear springs with 9" capri 2.8 drums
4 point cage
6 clock dash

let me know wot you think and advice would be greatly received, specially with the bubble arches on who to get to fit them???

nice car, think you might need bigger carbs on that engine mate, I have sold my 40's to get 45's I'm on nearly the same spec engine as you too

very nice looking car will look even better with bubble arches but as banishit said get some 45's

nice car m8 i love mk1's i also have a mk1 rs2000 myself. it's waiting for restoration now and i will start it after i finish the 2 mexico's i'm doing
