diferance is mate I've unpicked all the spot welds and will be attaching the panels where ford joined them not just cutting through sections and welding around

hope i didnt offend but ive seen some dodgy repairs in my time i had a turbo welded round the pillers and sills had it for 5 years till it rotted like a pear im shure it will be right probley the best way to do it better than chopping here and there if the whole fronts rotten

No offence taken mate I've seen some horrable cut and shuts.Would have taken the front end apart if there was owt to weld on to but looking at it this seemed the best option

mine was as bad as yours or even worse so reshell was my only option didnt want to do it but had to be done .
have you seen my thread neely there be sorted for the lakes fingers crossed

Car looks lovley mate would have loved to re-shell the car but prices and distances to look at any made it a non starter ......

been at it all week with a little assistance from jimmy bodge and nige working all day on the car and all night in the jap prison camp makes GARY a tired lad

Yes paul been making us work an hour and a half extra every late shift in aug and sept and an hour and a quarter on days everybody's well peeved with it some of the lads who live down hally's way ar'nt getting in till 4 ish....and they keep telling us it's not night shift ...........in the words of the royal family--------- MY ARSE!!!!!!!
