engine bay is now empty so while im waiting to get shafted by the painter lol

ive got some other bits to work on brought these 6 months ago







they need a bit of tidying up and also got these to go on them

made this a couple of years back





so i put a leg in this was after 15 min







need some more work yet the steering arm bolt are well seized will have to cut them off and drill them out but getting there

i made it a couple of years ago 9mm ply and lined it with thin steel sheet cost me nothing to make and it does the job

got the painter coming tomorrow going to give me a price

the painters been to have a look so to prep the engine bay and bonnet and sort the rubbing wheel arch and paint those bits £500 robbing git hes having it the week after next

going to the painters tomorrow afternoon he said he will prep it over the weekend and his boss will paint it monday , yeah right if its anything like last time i might see it the end of march

while the cars away started tidying up a few other bits

and also the garage gets a lick of paint





dont know when the cars coming back i havent heard anything

painter called me with a progress report done all the repairs rolled the arch but has got to paint the rear quarter ,hope he can get a good colour match looking like the weekend

thanks for all the replys lol went to painters today to take the sticker hes peeled of my rear quarter and this is what i saw













he said it will be painted in the morning yeah right
