Hello, Well seemed to turn a corner doing this weekends graft, here goes!!
Drilled out heater bubble spot welds to replace rotten metal underneath
Removed bubble
More rot, this side seems worse than passenger!
Next inner wing removed what a Tw*t lol
Well thats it folks, next job is to replace the metal under the heater bubble! hands are sore, Budweiser calling cheeRSComment

Hi, todays graft, for anyone remotely interested lol
Well with the heater bubble removed the rot was exposed got to get rid so cut it out!
Cut out the drainage area as this was gone.
Drainage area now rebuilt with new metal exactly how it was originally
Heater bowl seating now replaced now all solid, next job grind back and etch prime
