however i do think they have screwed up as i on the form they have got unlimited milage and it meantions no where about it been classic car insurance (which i asked for)
was expectecting something in the region of £1500

but have you got another car as your daily driver which is in your name, insurance wise ? if this is you only car then they will charge accordingly,

otherwise all the boy racers would be fast classic cars and use them and insure a group 1 car as their daily driver

Yep your right Banishit I have got an everyday car but during the summer months my RS is used as my daily runner. The only restriction I have is that if the car is at my house over night it has to be in the garage between certain hours.

          Ouch !

Getting old and grey is a double edged sword - cheaper insurance but less life left for driving !

Bob I'm surprised at that they did mine with 2.1 stage 1, lowered, caged, etc. with no problem.
