Bit of a long story. but I have just been stung by a $hit on ebay, Bought a phone last Friday paid with paypal (thank god) 2 days later I get a mail thru ebay from the seller saying he wants to cancel the sale due to been out of stock (Even tho hes not a shop 
) I got intouch with Ebay and paypal and get the usual request a refund and leave it a week and then if no joy put a dispute/claim in, They say since I used paypal I will get the cash back after a while
The day later I check how its going the seller has changed his name?? and his 100% good feed back has now a new negative feedback, yep you guessed it another phone that he cancelled on and it was the day before mine. I check my Ebay and I have a alert from Ebay asking to get intouch about the transaction with him! So the end result is I am now waiting fot the claim/dispute to be sorted out which will be up to a month
The thing I cant work out is how does this low life get his cash out of all this?? It takes a week or so to get your money out of paypal so surely he cant get it out of his paypal account, so what does he do? Does he buy something and hope it gets sent to him before it all comes to light and if thats the case they must have his address. I just cant figure out how he wins from it all
Thing Is I use Ebay a lot I always check everything I can about the seller Even checking all his feedback individually and the items and dates. Ive never had any bother at all, The only thing I wasnt happy about this guy was he had only been a member for 6 months but all his feed back 48 was good.Ohh and his name was Elvis____
