Old keeper

Hi guy's, I'm trying to track down an old keeper of soo 378r and wonder if anbody can be of help? the detail's are- simon wilson, kanan house, lindle lane hutton, preston. This is where the guy stayed at the time but not now as far as i know. The only bit of info on the guy I have is that he used to rally imp's at some point?
