Alan - According to .gov.uk MOT info - The tester has stated car is White and not White and Blue "as presented" !

You need to return car to MOT station and have your certificate replaced

Cant have any discrepancies against your V5 now can we

When I changed the colour I sent the V5 with the change stating blue and white and they sent it back saying I need to state the main colour which is white
Returned and was issued with V5 showing main colour as white

Will double check with DVLA again to be sure

The MOT tester has to state the "presented" colours and they have certified it is white only ???

Go back to MOT station and he can re-issue a correct MOT certificate

Your log book is a DVSA / DVLA job only
