here is more work done on this major rot capri .but at least it will be solid when am done.thats the plan anyway .lol
small hole but turned in to a big hole

had this section lieing about only has surfaec rust on it.

will cleaned well here .

What a great restoration this is, interesting to see where these cars rot compared to the Escort. Excellent work going on here, I can't wait to see what's being done next. I loved the Mk1 Facelift Capris in their time, they are such a pretty looking car and I think the best looking Ford of all time. I nearly bought a new Sunset 1600GT, Vinyl Roof, Sports Pack? in 73, price was £1325 on the road if I remember right, then a 4 month old Escort Sport came along and I got hooked on Escorts from then on.

yes this has been a mega build.should be well soild once it done.and has layed up for over 20 years.a only
get to this get a get a chance.
but more progress to follow.
and a few new parts again to be fitted.
a dont no alot about theses
cars price or models not really in to them myself
as am a escort man .
but good job to do the capri .change from escorts al the time.
