            woa some serious work there pal i am not worried by much but what a task that is. anyway it all seems to be coming together for you and good luck with your project. this is the reason i never botherd with an escort in the uk as it would have been to time consumeing. oh yea i am loveing the choice of colour it will look fantastic so keep up the good work

                    Some outstanding work going on there mate. I admire you for taking the car on. Your man is a top fabricator thts for sure. I cant wait to see this car when finally she is finished.

                      o/s wheel arch lots of filler

                      old arch cut out and new one butt welded in
                      .
                      tacked in first , rob gas welds all panels except chassis
                      .

                      tank well old repair was just tacked on
                      .

                      cut out, you can see the rust that was trapped in between panels that were over lapped over this is why he butt welds panels
                      .

                      old corner had at least 8 plates welded in, instead of 2
                      .

                      new rear scuttle end made and welded in
                      .

                      new new front scuttle corners made just need a bit of finishing and trimming up
                      .

                          o/s inner sill and floor this side had 2 outer sills and 2 inner sills 1 over the other then the inner sill was plated with 4 or more plates when they had rotted though, the front floor had 2 floors and a plate welded full lenth of sill from sill to chassis and 2 cross members
