    Ye not much lelf of the shell apart from
    Roof,inner wings,mostly everything replaced
    But more to do

      I finally got round to reading your restoration thread Dave, Wow you have a Mammoth task on your hands with this one, but excellent workmanship, she's going to look amazing when you're finished. Capri's aren't that common over here, but when I see Mk1's and Mk2's come up for sale at a reasonable price and usually rot free, I often wonder is worth buying a rot free LHD Capri and converting it to RHD rather than all the welding required to save an original rotten one?

        a would say ur better to buy a lhd and convert to rhd .
        if lh shell is rot free to save u all the work

        the reason this car is getting as owner has had it over 20 years from a young age

              there will be more intresting areas to repair still on this car once it gets on the spit.
              which isnt free just now but will be a reckon by dec time.

                    a fitted seconhand floors last year.took them bk to the bare metal as u see hear came up good .
                    will update again at a later time.
                    more work has been carried out.

                      update on this car
                      seconhand front chassi leg here rot free


                      rust treated

                      now have a mint pair.other one is a g/ford one came from ireland wasnt cheap
                      but worth it

                      front chassi leg to crossmenber need repair .
                      added some zinc first

                      there was nothing here before so had to try work out what it look like


                      chassi leg fitted and overlapped on to ones that run to front crossmenber

                      next one ready to go on.

                      ment to added theses first oops

                      old underseal was removed.
                      u see a fitted a seconhand rear floor a year ago.

                      al floors that a replaced last year useing seconhand ones cleaned up nice .
                      will update again sometime.
