Hope im ok posting this,if not please remove.Im a huge fan of Mk1 & 2 Escorts & one day hope to own one,some of you may have seen pics of my Mk1 Fiesta also.As the Fiesta is dry use only i wanted to get another old Ford to use more often & to have as a small project.
1.4 L been very well looked after previous owner owns/runs a garage.

Managed to find some decent 90 spec Recaros local to me.





Next plans are lower it slightly,15" Mondeo steel rims & sport exhaust system.

clean looking little mk4 getting scarcer now keep it standard looking and drop in a zetec will make a good q car. I remember car and car conversions magazine building a yellow 5 door with a 2 litre cvh and weber alpha injection. Martin

Looks like a good one that. If your looking for cheap power i put a mk5 rs2000 16v motor in my old serires 2 rs turbo, was an easy enough conversion and minimal fabrication needed to get the bonnet to shut. went really well stuck to a turbo box and wiring was easy enough. Was good for 140ish in not long, just wish i never sold it!

Small update,after a long search i managed to find 5 15" Mondeo 'spare' steel wheels,painted them in Ford 'Strato' silver,wanted to keep them 'Ford' themed.Also went to PipeCraft in Basildon for a custom made/fitted exhaust system,again to try & keep to the Ford look i went for a 3.5" outward rolled tip.
