          it is an interesting system, receipts aren't they gartrac gary, I know the boys at DTW done some work

            Linkage is a magard kit you Could buy these in the day, they still come up on eBay

            Top car just clean and drive I would keep it as original as poss.

                Do what you feel is right..I was advised not to redo my Mexico,but in my opinion it would deteriorate too quickly if I had tried to use it in its stored condition.
                Only you know what its really like.Looks a great car.

                    You can still get the Magard throttle linkage these days. Can't remember where I've seen them for sale. DTW Engines is David "Oscar" Wild and he used to work for Brian Hart Engines.

                              Believe Sytec make a similar linkage these days (they advertise in Classic Ford Mag).
                              Dave Wild also build the engine for Vatanen's MCD car of 1982.
