Read this from the start and what an amazing transformation ,shame the copy panels are not up to scratch , how hard can it really be to copy a genuine panel these days ? ..

Coming together nicely. What did you use on your wing/door gap ? I usually mig a welding rod on, gives a nice finished edge to work with.

I removed the wing backing and "chased" the steel out

So got the rest of the O/S repaired and in primer

The slot for the door handle. I didn't know if you'd cut them or that's how they are? Never paid much attention before.
