      • Rear Arches

The Magnum Rear Arch repair panel isn't wide enough because of a previous repair to the rear arch.

Luckily the Ex-pressed Steel arch is a few inches wider, these were ordered and arrived today.

        • What was really surprising was the difference in quality of the arches.

The ex-pressed steel arch is thicker

          This is the Magnum Arch

And the ex-pressed arch itself is more defined - possibly hand finished as opposed too just punched out of a press.

The only down side is they are 3-4 times the price of the Magnum equivalent panel, but well worth it IMHO.

Nice to see your retaining the standard arches, most would of gone bubbles for ease

            • When I collected my panels from Ex-Pressed they told me they used thicker steel than Magnum but I didn't know if to believe them. Also, they've just announced that they'll give 10% discount to AVO Owners' Club members.

Was nearly forced down the bubble arched route - I really struggled to get decent replacement rear wheel tubs.

I must admit, it really surprised me as well, but defiantly thicker steel.

Hmmm - looks like an extra bolt?

                    • Rear Arches and Tubs

The rear arches need a fair amount of work - mainly because of a previous bad repair to both arches.

The replacement tubs need some work before installation
