Did a little bit on the sport over the weekend, made a start stripping it down..
took rear seats & parcel shelf out..

and stripped out the glass & mechanisms out of both doors, took heater & wiper motor out.
its had replacement doors fitted in the past..

wiring loom is in a bit of a mess!
some rust to be sorted out under the heater bubble,

found part of the hole that rev counter fitted into before the dash had been cut,
another pic of the floor,
I've splashed out and ordered half floor pans from expressed panels so i can cut all this out & do it properly.Comment

Very nice shell, good to see paint on roof under headlining, mines just surface rust and no top coat!
will make a cracking motor.

a few dents on bulkhead to sort out,
removed engine bay loom,

So much better when it is all stripped out, you can see what's what! Usual places that rust but nothing that can't be put back to it's former glory! Lovely resto this!

Thankyou for all the comments! I've started buying some bits for it & managed to get hold of an original set of moulded rubber mats which it would have had when new, they've got a couple of splits & a bit grubby but should clean up ok, I'm pleased with them though as they're so hard to find now .
