Which way to go

Im drivivg to Burnley tomorrow from South Wales. My question is which would be the best way to go

Route 1
M4
M50
M5
M6
M62
M60
M66

or Route 2
M4
M50
M5
M6
M65

There aint much in it but I have seen how bad the M62 area can get. I am leaving South Wales around 0830

Road works on M6 jucnc 15 and M62 may slow things up early on

Much prefer the a roads through north wales for the scenic route
