Some of the nuts, bolts and screws need replating so I purchased a kit from eBay to try it out.
I thought this would be fairly simple, how wrong could I be. Felt like a Heisenberg from breaking bad cooking crystal meth.

Total faf and results are mixed.

Managed to get a genuine ford heater hose for £9.99, its supposed to fit a sierra 1.8cvh but looks like it will fit when cut back as bends are in the right place.

Been a while since I have updated this thread, have put some pictures on facebook cause its faster but for those not on there here is an update.

couldn't get a heater hose with suitable bends in it, so I joined the original with what is supposed to be a Mk3 Cortina hose, cut to join the weber DGAV auto choke end.
This is hidden when the airbox is fitted anyway

Original fuel supply and return pipes fit in place without any mods

Airbox back after painting and RS decal fitted to my liking after a bit research, seemingly they were supplied separately so fit where you think is best.

Need to make a strengthening pillar for the centre support where that horrible rubber bung is in the centre and wire tie the bolts to prevent them being sucked down the carb if they work loose.
