Hi All, I'm Back never done nothing for ages on the RS due to other stuff so i thought i'll get back into it. Just a couple of pics from today not much but focused for tomorrow and will post some more pics.

Radiator support panel removed for the new one to go in tomorrow.

NOS Ford original panel mocked up for replacement. Needs a bit of cleaning and primer. Then the donor inner wing will be fitted soon

Thats all until tomorrow

Ok, done a bit Sunday tacked in the new Radiator support panel, then mocked up the inner wing.

Thought i was on drugs for a sec, i was convinced i saw Zippy from Rainbow in my inner wing strut hole

Hi All, well just thought i'd update my Resto Thread, never done anything since Feb 09 but been busy , on holiday this week so spent the day, doing a little taster, to get back into it .

Speaker holes were hacked out, so needed to replace them. One replaced back in Feb 09.

Template made, and patch welded in

Both speaker hole welds ground back and primer applied.

Next job was to weld up the end of the passenger inner sill, previously fitted back in Feb 09

When i bought the car, it was noticed by Mr Spence that the car was fitted with a none RS crossmember, so this one was kindly donated by Johnny 69 RS. This will be shot blasted and painted. The next job is fitting the drivers inner wing.

Well thats it for today, and that means one thing budweiser time
