After reading this months Rallye News I decided to call Heritage Insrance as they are now 'delighted to be on board with the RS Owners Club as an official insurance partner'.

After speaking to the lady for approximately 2 minutes she tells me that they can get nowhere near my renewal quotation from Adrian Flux

What is the point of having Insurance Partners if they are not able to be competitive in the marketplace?

It seems that if your vehicle is modified in any way then they just aren't interested.

Since posting this I have been put in touch with Paul Bostrom (member of RSOC) who works for Need to Insure. Paul not only understands our cars, but is also passionate about RS's in general.

He has already beaten the Adrian Flux prices for both my RS2's comfortably and will be getting my BMW and the missus' Zafira to insure when they are due.

Nice one Martin.....I never got a decent quote from the RSOC when I was a member years ago. I will change next time as well as long as the agreed is no faff

Valuation done by RSOC Registrar. Yes it is an agreed valuation.

A lot of the RSOC members with Cosworths, Focus' use Paul as he is a member and understands what we want from our insurance.
