Hi, The rivets that were used are 'recessed'(Don't know if it's the right English word?) rivets. Don't know anymore what drill size was used. Will look what size the rivets were.

After applying it looked like this: (rivet heads on the same height as the arch)

100% the way I want mine to be fitted. A small skim of filler to cover over the rivet heads and you will have a lovely clean edge around the arch.

When ever you get a moment to check the size of drill bit I would be great full. I just measure the counter sink rivers off hand they look to be 120 degree

Be careful when putting a countersink into the arch lip, I whacked the drill bit into a file handle and did them all by hand.

Yes, I thought the same There's just a minimum of filler needed! I found the box with the rivets:13515238_1099927260087533_727911963_n.jpg

The brand is BRALO and I bought it online on Conrad.be, because here in Belgium it seemed like no body could offer me them...

I've also got a question. I have the 205 pinto engine, and a sierra T9 5 gearbox. Now the clutch which was mounted (for 4 gearbox) does not fit for the 5 gearbox? Anyone an idee what kind of clutch I need?

                  Hi all,

I'm searching for Lucas 20 20 spotlights (with covers). Does anyone in here sell some pairs of these? I need 3 pairs... Thanks a lot!

I don't know if anyone has answered this in the end?
The 5-speed T9 gearbox needs the 23 spline friction plate (216 mm/8.5 inch clutch), i.e. the same unit as used for the original 4-speed box. Obviously you'll be fitting a new kit though anyway.

RDWS, thanks for the answer. That problem has been solved

VERY IMPORTANT QUESTION: I'm struggling with my insert dampers of the front suspension. I have original RS struts BUT can anyone tell me what kind of inserts I need?? I've got Koni's now, which also fit a capri strut BUT the piston is shorter than the old, original one of my RS struts. I really want to have the longer inserts because, in my opinion the car will stands too low AND I can't get the springs fitted with the shorter capri inserts... (I have to compress them too much)
Hoping for an answer, many thanks!
