Thanks for reporting. This was my car (I sold it a couple days ago as a rolling shell). For some reason it has been posted over 20 times by fake eBay listings before I owned it and while in my possession and they always use the same photos despite them being a couple years old.

I contacted a few of the eBayers that listed it (I googled their business names and found their mobile numbers). The eBay accounts were all genuine and with several hundred feedback. They all said that their accounts were hacked earlier that day.

Hackers break into well established car dealers eBay pages and list cars for low ball prices. When you message them, they get you to send a deposit to a Western Union account and then they disappear. The genuine eBay account owner then gets the hassle of being accused of taking the deposit and also get their eBay account questioned. eBay really needs to start doing something to stop this.

Hi mate ,I'm on most of forums ford related ,been a lot of internet activity with your car ,definitely need to keep track of these people selling stuff on eBay and keep reporting to eBay ,problem is like you say get your details and hack accounts, just to steal peoples hard earned money,
Good thing about these forums we can hopefully look out for each other with our cars
Hopefully everything will work out for you after your bad luck,
