  • Fuel Pump Prices

Read this on FB and its true

Put just one liter of fuel in the tank at you next fill and the price on the counter will be more than the advertised price on the pump

Makes a big difference when you fill your tank up

As a fuel retailer I don't understand what you are talking about Alan?

The pumps/metering units are sealed and testedby trading standards.

A modern pump will transfer via a data cable the value on the display to an input into the till.

But then again, if its on FB it must be true.

            This is why ,,,

Pumps are designed by the manufacturer (and enforced by the regulator) to be accurate at or above the minimum amount, which is typically two litres
