Agreed Insurance Value

Just had the agreed valuation of £4000 back from Adrian Flux for my 4 door which I think is a bit on the low side. I can appeal against it but need an independent valuation done on it anyone know who I can get to do it?

I tried contacting them but the email link doesn't work. Does anyone on here know who the registrar is ? Are they on here at all I'm happy to join but need to sort the valuation out asap. The postal membership application could take a while to get sorted :-(
