Not that bad, got mine done at hospital, expected a couple of people in room when its done, but got wheeled into theatre with 10 nurses and 4 operators........felt a right tube getting my balls shaved in front of everyone lol

Painless and only takes about 10 minutes its only the embaresment issues to worry about ;)

Right then, the 'lad' is me and is quite honestly the best days work I have ever had done.

One thing though Ian, cancel the appointment at the local doctor/hospital and pay the £280 and have it done privately at a Mary Stopes Clinic. I am the BIGGEST physical coward there is, I was sh!tting myself sensless on the day but it was a breeze. I was literally in and out in under 10 minutes - a small local anesthetic, a tiny incision and no stitches (they cauterise is shut - it looks like someone stubbed a fag out on your ball bag).

Why Mary Stopes ? Well, if you go to hospital or to the quack then you get someone that does this job part of the time - if you go to Stopes then you get a bloke (and a dykey looking nurse) that do it all day every day and that is what you want !

One more tip - put a bag of frozen peas on your tackle afterwards - it stops the swelling. I was up and about with no swelling, no discomfort - and most impotently no seed in 12 hours.
