this is what happened in the last 2 days SOB story

Got a phone call at work 7:45 from the wife, the shower wont turn off, water just keeps on coming, then while she blocked the gushing water out the shower door broke, totally knackered now.

£179 for a shower
£300 for a shower door in a weeks time

then her Focus rear tyre looked not right, so took the car down to find the Goodyear Eagles had split on the inside edge for about a foot ( luck no one was hurt) so 2 new rear tyres

£108 each

I went in a new pothole the road builders left lying about ;) and it egged so new tyre needed on the BMW, but went to the BMW place I bought it from and said they/me hadnt noticed it when purchased, told them and they got the 2 front replaced, while replacing these the fella said your rear has a slow puncture so they fixed that

So now I daren't put my hand on my C*** incase I break that too

So I think its about time to get rid of the RS

I've also had a shite week (literally).

I booked a few days off, so I could get on with the blue Escort, on Monday I felt a bit off colour, so I went home from the workshop early (after having done nothing to the Escort) Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday I had regular visits from the Brad Pitts, and only today (friday) have I started to feel any better. I feel like giving up on the Escort now, as every time I try to get onto it something else comes up - like my Golf needing MOT work, or my Brothers Galaxy needing a new engine or, or, or :banghead: :banghead: :banghead: :banghead: :banghead:

1/ take a bath, much more relaxing
2/Well spotted on the focus could have been dangerous, like you say.

cause our goverment are ROBBISNG BASTARDS, for classic cars we have to pay full road tax up til the car is 30 yrs plus then its €50..... so for a mexico id have to pay €380 or there abouts for a car thats out 4 times a yr....thats why i dont pay it.....but if im caught they can take the car from me & leave me on the side of the road until i pay back tax :jerk: :jerk: and there are plenty of people like me as well :D

Road tax in ireland is penal for bigger engines.

A 2 litre is over €500 p.a.

The ST is 2522 c.c. hence €961.
