did they make the Mk2 escort Mexico in silver?

Never heard of, or seen one in Silver. The Harrier was done in Silver though.

Dont know of any silver mex,s but there definatly 16 and 13 sports in silver cos i had a 16 and broke a 13 many years ago, dont know if it was anything to do with color but they were both rust buckets :cheese: and so was a harrier i had in silver? all really bad at base of pillars and round back wings and that was 10 years ago!!!!!! all 3 definatly wont be around now :colors:

Metallic paint not available on MK11 RS. Although Ford did build one MK11 RS2000 for Henry Ford II in Roman Bronze!

Metallic paint could be specified on Pop, Pop Plus, L, GL, Sport, Ghia and specials incl Harrier.

Silver = Strato Silver.

my harrier was BTY """V and was last seen in Leicester about 1992 ish :bom:
mk4 escort/orions in red suffered even worse corrision trouble,was told it was somart to do with the pigment in paint/primer :clown: dont see how like!!!!!!!!!!!!! but red ones did rust a lot faster than other colors :geek:
