A few more questions.
1. My car is on a R plate and has a set of rooltops in there, but they are not very good. I have managed to get a really good, recovered (not in Beta) set of fishnets, should I stick then in or try to get the rooltops repaired?

2. My car has an electric fuel pump. should I put a switch in for it, to stop it activating as soon as the ignition key is turned?

Thanks

Out for now

Put the fishnets in.

How I look at it is this - you own the car, you have your car the way you want it !!

Gimps who slag cars off for not having the car as it came from the factory are only jealous.

Lee,

I'd get the roll tops recovered if it were mine but as Dave says it's personal taste. Only thing is that as the seats are such a 'big' part of the car and whilst I'm not a gimp and stickler for originality this is one bit I would try and leave original.

yeah I know, but I prefer the fishnets and they are in really good condition.

Roll Tops are more comfortable as they are wider than Fishnets !

Recommend the fitment of a fuel pump switch, especially if running twin 40/45/48's without air filters - a definate godsend when you start to smell petrol or burning !
