On way from RSOC AGM in Gaydon to Donington Spares day I visited a car boot sale just off the M42

Know I now Carlsberg really do the best Car Boot sales in the world.

Look like 9053135's to me. I thought it was my secret that they're available over the counter again. Just bought myself 20 pieces from the local dealer but they weren't cheap.

They seem to have been revived - probably Ford has brought out some Fiesta Special Version which uses them. They are of new production and the bags are new style. £4 + VAT in France each which is not far short of £90 when you add it up.

I considered buying a load and sneaking them onto eBay as rare items but bottled out as I don't think you'll find many punters willing to pay over £90 incl. postage!

I get between 10 -25% as father in law works for Ford dealers here

Just checked up here Dermot, and my local dealer says

they are £5.53 inc vat - 10% discount, as thats all they can give due to them being listed as a motorsport part number

Another UK ripoff? In France they are €6,80 + VAT + no discount (= approx £4,50) and come all the way from Daventry!

Ok after my local Ford dealer being useless he just took my order and payment for 16 off @£4.70 each so £75.20 for a full set :blackeye: said he was giving me a good deal for being patient with him lol
