Bus driver has admitted full liability and Police have cautioned him and he has signed a statement to say that I am in no way liable.
Hhhhhhhhhmmmmmmmm - Now where is the number for a good damages solicitor ????

Stage 1 of claim in place - I now have a Non-fault hire car at £35.00 per day + vat and my car is in storage at £15.00 + vat per day
The bus insurance company can now take as long as they like to settle as they gotto pay the storage and hire charges as well.
