"medway transmition" they done the diff first and what a crap job they done
i will be having words with them fu**ing sh*ts
the man from gartrack has now done the diff and the problems with it were big...
he had to get me a new tranx slipper case and then had to resurface the plates in the diff and also put a new squash plate in and 2 new bearings and a set of new diff bolts and seal's.
this damage was a result of the diff being set to 212lbs of torque this was way to much and the reson why it was so harsh and tight he has now set it at 60lbs for road use and told me its like a new unit
and the cost for this was £320 cash thats ontop of the £150 i paid for it to be done at medway and the £100 i paid for the 3.54 diff to start with
total cost is now £520 for a 3.54 tranx plate type l.s.d
now i have got to put it back in....
