Guys,

I saw a mk2 flat front at the weekend in a garage sitting under a cover. I spoke to the guy and he said he was getting rid of it as it was part of a debt owed to the garage. What he was getting rid of was:-

MK2 2 door shellFlat front shell, caged and semi prepped
mk2 4 door, 1.3 runner, bit scruffy but not bad
6 engines, a mix of 1.3's, crossflows, and pintos
a few gearboxes
bonnets, boots, sills, nosecone
wheels
2 kevlar, cobra bucket seats
Twin 45's (scruffy)

and a wee bit more.

They are looking at 2k for the lot, so going by the sound of that lot, will i go for it??

If the 2 door shell is ok then yes go for it

The trouble is if u dont and somebody else does u will keep looking back and thinking how u should have and i will give u £10 for the scruffy old 45's so u will only be £1990 out of pocket :icon12:

I thought so. I just needed a nod from people in the know, coz 2 grand is not a small amount of cash!

I've just taken Friday off to go and purchase some cars....
