Haynes Of Maidstone MK2 RS GKR 618 V

Hi all,

Haven't posted for a while.
Does anyone have any good photo's of the car or engine bay of this ex John Taylors 1979 RAC rally escort.
I believe it is still owned by David Haynes and was built and used only for that one rally before being preserved.

its still in his show room but he never has the bonet up not even for me and i no him very well...

Thanks is it still there would'nt mind going to have a look at it. I remember David Haynes was vey supportive of the RS Owners club. If you have any pics of the car could you post them please.

must of been around 1990 to 92, the was the last Full blown Euro event at lydden until recent times.

Haynes also had their (Trevor Hopkins) RS200 running at the same time.

I'm going to Haynes this week, I'll see if I can get a photo/s but I doubt they will lift the bonnet.
