anybody know any companies that transport cars? looking for a price from london to glasgow.just trying to balance up between that or driving it home

its expensive but think they have to have a driver vehicle and then return a diesel car pulling that on a trailer would be £100 in fuel then wages and insurance the time would be what 60mph would take 8-9 hours each way

would you want to do it for £300 ? whats it worth to you in your time ? I dont think its really bad just sounds alot

plus they have to buy the trailers and towing vehicles, I would do it to save me all the hassle + you would have to take 1 car down say £50 in fuel then bring 2 back if ones an RS your going to get 25 mpg ish

411 miles from London to Glasgow = 16.44 gallons at £3.64 per gallon = £59.80 one way for the RS and 6-8 hours travelling

and thats taking it easy normal driving but of course you will want to play abit :lol: :cool: 8-)

got the car delivered right to the door
the guy called mark even brought the spare engine and 5 boxes of spares
cant beat that for service
