I've heard the forum on the RSOC BB relevant to RS MKII's will simply be a link to this BB !! :grin:

Oh how I enjoyed being a moderator on the OLD SKOOL in the RSOC BB - I had nothing to do - lol lol lol

As Dave says, refreshing here to be able to have a civilised discussion about the future of RSBB :)
As such, can you elaborate on the issues the 'Committee' have regarding opening it up again? There seems to have been a very long deliberation on this issue..

I think (my views here) they just dont want to rush in with reopening it, plus we all had National day to deal with as well. Giz & I want it open pre ND, but were asked to hold back.

once bitten, twice shy... comes to mind.

Take a leaf out off the AVO board`s book and have a password i.e reg number on page 4 of the rallye news,or a need to log on with your membership number.
This would cut down on the muppets so the people who pay their money to the club and get little in return can at least feel like the club care about more than just our cash!

Just a thought!!

Great Idea FoMo... but the problem there is it only takes one of the muppets to get hold of it to and mail it all around, thanks for the idea.

The new bb at the mo is split public area & members

Giz has this all in hand I understand with a membership verification script.
