Will do a full photo set when I take my transporter to pick iy up on monday.
Well chuffed, Gonna give it a good clean and run it as it is over summer, then get stuck into attempting to make into a clean usable example over winter ready for next summer

Yeah I think it will make a nice car. I want to try and recreate the rs2000 I had in 1988 and this car should do nicely. Never gonna be concours but as I have a full workshop at my disposal(ramps, spray booth etc) I should be able to have some fun with it.
Need to start scanning in some pics from back in the day, like the pics from my 1st wedding if I can find them where I went to the church in steve timms red rs200

Looks a good car and mileage for the money. Has all the right bits, not changing owners too often....you can do something with that.

Best of luck and enjoy yourself.:)

Looks great  . Just keep driving it and don't strip it just yet as they are usually rotten as fooooook and take 5 years and £10,000 too fix !!!!!! Any 1 inch rust bubble will turn into a 2 foot hole so be warned . :D

True words said here as I experienced this with mine which was in very similar condition....ended up fitting a complete new front on mine which I never planned to do when I first bought it.

Fingers crossed though that you don't have to do as I did.....all of them are different!:)
