Phoned Jason Lepley on Sat about an Emerald full injection kit he had for sale saying I would have it, texted a few times, phoned this morning and to sort payment details, and the louser said oh sorry bad news I sold it, he got a call MONDAY saying first come first served and its gone, F*** I hate people like that, so wont be getting frig all from him


is no ones word good anymore :argue:

he ripped my friend off on some ex-works parts telling my friend they were just scrap then selling them for a fortune.
He also tried to buy my Twin Cam for peanuts giving me the old story of how much it would cost to restore, I got someone to ring him asking if he knew of one and he replied he did for FIVE times the price I wanted for it!
and that was as i sold it not even restored. :albino:

he did a similar thing to me with a kenlowe fan kit........ so i made my own electric fan conversion, with thermostat, for £40!! works a treat.....

well my first big up goes to neil and paul for that list of parts for sale in another thread , them parts have got to be bargains of the century , not out to rip anyone off , just fair old prices to help fellow enthusiasts out

I have never had a problem with JL.

He has always been up front when discussing some of the cars he has had for sale.
