got a parking fine in the post, rang up and complained as you do and they offered to send me the pic via email, of course i said you do that etc,
so here it is, needless to say im paying!!!

Halls is OK as it's plural (more than one of)
Hall's would be in as they belong to Mister Hall.
Which begs the question are they yours or Hally's town halls. :confused:
