avg updates

time to renew the latest free edition of avg 9.0, as it keeps flagging up for me to do so.
go through the steps and says it may be unsafe to proceed:confused:

what do you have to do to get it to download for free:(:confused::o

have done this in the past and came across a nasty virus, dont want to click the wrong button

if you are running XP Vista or windows 7

you can have Microsofts own for free here http://www.microsoft.com/Security_Essentials/

and it has a smaller footprint than the others and is less processor hogging ;)

I got AVG 9 Dave no probs with it :)
