Hi, just been looking through the broadstripe pictures and seen a picture of the interior of OKJ which i believe is in your sig too.

Just out of curiosity, what steering wheel is that as it seems a little dished to RS type ones. I am looking for a wheel for my Mk1 but wanted something with a little dish but 3 spokes, which putt he RS1600i one of of the equation as well as the RS wheel.

Are they rare and what did it come off?

Hi, It's an RS accesary 3 spoke steering wheel with separate boss, similair to the 4 spoke RS1600i wheel but without the "ribs" in the back they are available in 2 differant diameters

curiously as you mention the RS1600i, the 3 spoke as on OKJ was factory fit for the german 16i's where we got the aformentioned 4 spoke in the UK

curiously still :D

I do actually have a brand new wheel and mk1 escort original (not one of the rewelded ones) boss that I may sell but it wont be cheap as they are pretty rare (new ones anyway)
