I need all the chassis plate info in order to have a new one made up.my car is a mk2 RS2000 W reg custom,it is signal red 80,has brown fishnets & a black vinyl roof.all of this is original as fitted from new.
the reason i need a new plate is that the car has not seen the road since 1984 (apart from the veiw from sitting in a driveway)hence was very rotten & the os innerwing top was all missing at the front half were the plate mounts & was belived to have been swept up & put in the bin.the chassis number was stamped in the original inner wing( just readable) but i have replaced it.
the car is nearly ready for a paint job after 2 1/2 years of hard work,i would love to post some pics but can not do it.
any help would be great.
