Some of you may already know but since Jan 05 I have started a Recovery, Breakdown and Car Delivery business.

I need suitable premises to store the recovery vehicles.

I have found a unit that has ample room, is secure, and costs money !

Is anyone interested in some space to store/work on your own car ?

Running of your own business is fine BUT remember we may become successful (thats my hope) and need our room back (squatters rights dont apply - lol) it would be on a "friendly" no-strings basis - insurance is your own responsibility.

Nothing is definate yet as I am just testing the water at moment.

Likely costs would be around £200.00 per cal month

what sorta size you looking at fella? plus is that all in? electrics plus other running costs covered?

Size will be sufficient to park a 7.5 ton truck as we may sub-let to an owner operator for "off-road" parking.
