is it me or is it full of ppl sellin stuff and not havin a clue wat it is, mk2 1/4 bumpers that are just cut down full length bumpers and capri wheels tryin 2 b passed off as RS wheel are ppl just stupid

No they not stupid !

They are hoping that the buyer is stupid !

Calling something RS or Escort etc etc achieves a high number of views.

Some unsuspecting (stupid) buyer ends up paying over the odds for scrap or the wrong item.

just saw some1 tryin 2 sell refurbed capri wheels, as rs wheels wit a high price

Fell for it a treat when I was after a replacement rubber bushed alternator bracket (no photo, email description sounded good though) - bid and won an 'RS' bracket, when it arrived, well yep it's rubber bushed. And that's about as close as it gets! Pinto fitting, but definately not the RS type!.

Probably bloody Transit!
