May those who lost their lives on 7th July 2005 in the London bombings RIP. I know of one person on here who was caught up in the after marth and our work lost a colleague on this day.

also know a person who was one of the first people on the scene, in the tunnels working with the one of the sevices, thoughts are with everyone involved, very traumatic, i know its affected his life

Hmmm

I was in a meeting just up the road and drove up at the last minute rather than getting the train.

Two colleages were caught up in it, got out thank God, and the third forgot to phone and tell us he wasnt comming. We were very frightened for him for a while as all phones went dead and we couldn`t contact the outside world.

Dont fancy being as close to that sort of thing ever again.

R.I.P to those who didnt make it.
