Morning all,
Hoping to get a few upgrades to my RS (fit 5 speed box / put in new cam / battery box etc) - but have hurt my arm so don't fancy lugging a gearbox around! Wondering if people can recommend companies near London.

Looking on other posts Escort-tec (Dorking), Morley Auto (Redhill) & Old Ford Auto (Bracknell) get a mention...

Normally do my own car work, so interested who people recommend??
