tried again to get nub running 2 btys on slow turn over take plugs out she spins fukcing thing does my head in at this rate theres no lakes for nub may just sell it and have done :mad:

No wonder it would not start with no petrol :rolleyes:

Keep going lad.....the oily bits are simple (so I was told)....you have done the hard bit, now keep at her !

WOW you must have massive compression in that engine!
Beware when it does start, no ordinary man will be able to tame it :eek::eek:

Had this problem last year Andy :eek:

Put a new starter motor on it and jump it off another car to make sure you've got plenty of power to start her with..............nearly there big fella don't give up now :D

1.Swing the dizzy as someone turns the starter
2.new starter
3.earth engine with jump lead
4. 24v the bastard (two batterys in series)
5. are you losing spark voltage because of pull down in from the starter
6. make sure cluch is engaged when starting
7. proper jumper (BOOSTER) pack
8. try No 1 first the rest in any order GOOD LUCK
