Hi,
Anyone else have problems or is it just me. I ordered parts on tuesday morning and i am still waiting. The last time i got them 4 days later, the time before they sent them to my old address even though i told them to wipe it from there computer. :sad:

Ring them up and ask them to tell you your address before you give it to them ?

I HAVE ,,I ORDERED OVER THE PHONE ON A THURSDAY WAS TOLD NEXT DAY DELIEVERY. HAD NOT RECEIVED ANYTHING SO ON THE FOLLOWING THURSDAY (one week later) RANG THEM AND WAS TOLD ONE OF THE ITEMS HAD BEEN OUT OF STOCK .IT WAS PART OF A BIG DELIERVERY THAT HAD JUST COME IN AND I WOULD RECEIVE MY ORDER EARLY THE NEXT WEEK . I WAITED AGAIN TILL THURSDAY (2 WEEKS LATER)RANG, WAS TOLD EXACTLY THE SAME THING. I HAD ORDERED A LOT OF ENGINE PARTS AND THE ITEM WHICH WAS OUT OF STOCK WAS A WATER HOSE.WHY COULDN'T THE OTHER ITEMS BE SENT TO ME, I ASKED.I WAS TOLD THAT THEY ONLY SENT OUT COMPLETED ORDERS. SO I TOLD THEM NOT TO BOTHER AND GOT THEM FROM THE LOCAL MOTOR FACTORS.

Hi Guy`s,
got my parts monday lunchtime. I phoned them an hour earlier and was told my order was not despatched till friday even though i ordered it on tuesday. Will be phoning Rally Design first from now on :-x

Ders...I had a few problems with them and had to send parts back that they had wrongly sent...like linkages for Webers when I asked for Dellortos!!......going to Strahclyde park next week??

Hi Malky,
Yes i will be at strathy park next week, just back from Croft race track near Darlington earlier today. It was a good track day but not so good concours wise as there was a lack of mk2`s. Loads of cossies etc good venue.

you need to ensure that they now your main address dude and then there aint no trouble, but it is the changing world and i would be right to guess that there is some little weasel doin all the orders who daint give a ****.
