I am looking for a rs could anyone give me an idea of what I could expect to pay for the following I know it won't be cheap.

Mk11 Rs2000 Custom

Right here goes
Would like Lowish mileage late model T,V,W, Plate, Custom in unrestored condition. (E.g. no welded up body shells)
Condition must be good to exceptional.

I think it would be between 7 to 9 grand am i right or way of the mark

To give you some idea

I paid for mine 15 months ago, £4000 , it is a low owner low milage rs2000 custom on a T plate it had not been restored and there was/is no rot on the car , and the owner told me that all the paint on the car was original (well he had the car 22 years and he tells me it never had any paint in that time) , it is slightly modified , carbs , cam, headwork etc , the only thing that lets it down in some other peoples opinion is that it has a sunroof .

Since buying it though i have spruced it up to my liking , it was a clean useable car , but i just wasted it a little cleaner , i have spent around 1k on it since owning it , just getting it cleaner .

I think 7-9k is about right for what your looking for.

Mine I would decribe as what you are looking for but mine has had an area of paint. I paid £7k in october

it bloody is, i just took more than 2 seconds to look more closely ( on the beer tonight ) and there is more than a few 'subtle' difference's.... bloody cheek.....lol

maybe he changed everything from the bulkhead forewards over,.....inner wings, outers, bonnet etc etc

yeah it is Daves Engine bay, and the thing in the middle on the engine bay is now in my car.


Clearly Paul wants to slag of my car !!!!
