thing is, (now you may laugh at me for this) i paid £50 last week for a pair of h4's and bowls, (not off ebay) so these are kinda surplus to requitement, so ill just whack them back on the bay, and get a more reasonable figure for them. i hope so anyway

i wanted an RS2000 when i was 18, got myself a mk1 mex at 21, but it was'nt until i was 30 that i got my RS, i kinda got lost in motorcycles for a while, but i got there in the end......

the only place that will unsure an under 19 year old is footman james, and they are only allowing me up to a 1300 ghia (which is what i have) @ £650 a year (which sounds a lot, but compare that to the 2.5k a year i was paying on a mk3 fester 1.1 pop) and when im 19 there are about 5-10 companies that will insure me, so i can get a bigger lump, which is the plan :cheers:

well the rs insurance will only insure rs cars

give them a call 01277 206769 and tell them you are buying an rs2000 mk2 escort and tell them you are joining the rs owners club then they will do a quote for you also tell them you will only do 3000 m a year in the car this will get the price down.... :cheers:
